مُخَدِّر \ anaesthetic, anesthetic: liquid or gas that makes sb. unable to feel pain: I had an anaesthetic when my tooth was pulled out. chloroform: liquid used by doctors (in the form of gas) to make one lose all feeling for a short time. drug: a medicinal substance that causes sleep; such a substance (not ordered by a doctor) that has strange and harmful results on the mind or body. narcotic: (any strong medicine) that produces sleep or stops pain, and can cause dependence and have evil effects.
